She was born Anne Kansiime Kabriyaba on 13th April 1986 in Uganda. She is from Wuchita Mchuga, the 5th child of six children. This bold and free spirit lady got her wit from her mother. Kasiime started dancing and acting as at the age of 11. As a little girl, her ambition was to be an actress.

When she got into the university started to act in drama sketches from there, she started a television program with a Comedy a week.

She studied Social Science from Makerere University in Uganda and Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

She received the prestigious Afroglobal Excellence Award for Entertainment in Toronto. She has been on the Youth Africa Awards list of most influential young Africans.

She was invited to speak at African Women Leadership Conference at Wesley University, Masachusets  where she was on the same platform with Ellen Johnson, when she was the president of Liberia, and some notable speakers.

 Recently, she broke up with her Fiance of 7 years, Gerald Ojok Oruma who she affectionately referred to as her “Black Chocolate”  Gossips attributed the reason of the break up to be due to her inability to give him a child. For whatever reasons for the breakup she has kept mum about it.

She has a resort she called Kansiime back packers, a project she holds dear to her heart. This Ugandan Entertainer and comedian is reported to be easy going and very approachable despite her fame and success.

I may not agree with some of her catch phrases but i can not deny the fact she is a very humorous entertainer.
