PRESIDENT HOLDS FIRST MEETING WITH SECURITY CHIEFS

Terhemba Daka wrote in the TheGuardian that President Bola Tinubu is currently meeting with the National Security Adviser (NSA) Nuhu Ribadu, the New Service Chiefs and the acting Inspector General of Police (IGP) at the Presidential Villa, Abuja. The meeting is the first of such since President Tinubu approved the appointment of the new set of security Chiefs who were appointed on June 19 2023.
Those in attendance are Chief of Defence Staff, Major General Christopher Musa, Major General Taareed Lagbaja, the Chief of Naval Staff Rear, Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla, The Chief of Air Staff, Air Vice Marshal Hassan Abubakar and the Acting Inspector General of Police Kayode Egbetokun.
