6138 UNCOLLECTED DRIVER’S LICENSE IN FRSC OFFICES
The Federal Road Safety Corps, Oyo sector Command said no fewer than 6,138 driver’s licenses are yet to be collected from its offices. The Oyo State Sector Commander Joshua Adekanye made the disclosure on Wednesday. He said that it is wrong for drivers to continue to use Temporary Driver’s license since the collection process has been made simple whereby a driver can collect the processed license in five minutes. He therefore urged drivers to who have processed licenses to collect their licenses.
He also revealed that the Corps had commenced an operation for the removal of rickety vehicles, which often break down at delicate points on the road that could lead to traffic accidents.
