Prince Ghandi was born on August 23 1961 and a pastor at the Redeemed Christian Church of God. He is married with two children. He graduated from the Obafemi Awolowo University with a BA Honours in English and Literary Studies in 1982. He has Masters Degree in Industrial Labour Relations with emphasis on Human Resource management from University of Ibadan in 1987.

He was born into the royal family of Olaoye which is one of the 5 royal families alongside the Oyewunmis, and Ajaunlades in Ogbomosho.

He promised during the selection and interview exercise to embrace the three religions that is Christianity, Islam and traditional.

He has been pastoring for over 30 years from 1992 and has pastored 3 RCCG churches in Nigeria before migrating to Germany where he pastored another parish in Bonn.

He served on the Board of National Council on Privatization (NCP) which is also a board of Bureau of Public enterprise from 2017 to 2021. He was a member of board of trustees of strategy for mentoring Initiative and leadership Empowerment (SMILE) a young entrepreneurship for development and non-profit organization.

He is the CEO of peculiar people management (PPM) and GihonRiv Limited, a management and consulting firm in Lagos and Dallas USA.
