WAEC DENIES VIRAL PRICE LIST
The Punch News reports that West African Examination Council has said a viral amendment price list did not emanate from the Council. The Public Relations Officer, Moyosore Adeyegbe stated that the WAEC did not amend the date of birth. The document that went viral on social media on Tuesday had WAEC name and Logo had some amendment requests with attached prices. There were corrections of date of birth which attracts N70,000, Attestation of Results N80,000, Correction of name N30,000, confirmation of results N39,000 and others.
Adeyegbe said that this purported document did not emante from WAEC-Nigeria. The Council still does not entertain requests for date of birth amendment.
