COMPUTER AND RESIDENTS STRANDED AS FLOOD WASHES BRIDGE IN IBADAN
Olodo, Lalupon, Ejioku, Kumapayi and other communities along Ibadan-Iwo road are having rough time accessing their homes due to heavy flood that made the bridge connecting Ibadan in Oyo State and Iwo in Osun State to collapse. The bridge located at Olodo collapsed on Monday, which made distraught residents finding it difficult to cross the bridge. Motorists and pedestrian were left stranded on either side of the road. This led to heavy traffic along the road. Vehicles and houses were submerged. Some residents were compelled to leave their homes while some spent the night by the roadside.
