karu bridge fatal crash, Corps Marshal mourns loss of personnel as he directs immediate removal of obstructions caused by the crash. Following the unfortunate road traffic crash at karu Bridge along Myanya-Maraba expressway on Friday September 1 2023 which led to the death of a FRSC Tow Truck Driver who was towing a broken down trailer from the crash scene, the Corps Marshal has expressed deep shock over the incident as he commiserates with the management and staff of the Corps over the loss. The unfortunate crash occurred at 0402HRS while the FRSC Tow Truck on Tow services were removing the broken truck along the aforementioned route.

Investigation into the crash revealed that a total number of 4 people were involved out of which 3 sustained different degrees of injuries while one person who happened to be the driver of the Tow Truck was killed. Only the Tow Truck and the truck were involved.

The Corps marshal Dauda Biu was deeply saddened and prayed for the soul of the deceased to rest in peace and directed the immediate evacuation of every obstruction caused as a result of the crash.
