NIGERIANS STRANDED IN NIGER REPATRIATED
99 Nigerians stranded in Niger Republic have been repatriated back to Nigeria. The returnees were assisted back in a voluntary capacity by the International organization for Migration (IOM). The Chartered flight Sky Mali with registration Number TZ-SMA Boeing 737-500 had 15 adult females including 2 with medical cases and 76 adult males. There were 7 females children and 15 male children and infants on board, which landed about 1415hours. Agencies such as Refugee Commission, NAPTIP, FAAN and Immigration services carried out the reception at the Cargo wing of the Murtala Mohammed International Airport
