Maikefeffi Redemption Sarah, a100 level female student of Nasarawa state university (NSUK) keffi has committed suicide. 21 year old Sarah ingested a poisonous substance due to deep emotional troubles. Sarah who is the fourth and last child of her parents killed herself on Friday evening at her off-campus hostel near family and friends hotel area, opposite the University.

A male friend was said to have confirmed the death of Sarah to Vanguard correspondent on the telephone after he posted the incident on facebook. He said he spoke with her on Thursday evening and she was to come to keffi from Akwanga to attend a wedding on Saturday before returning on Sunday just for him to hear about her sudden death. It was gathered that some students and neighbours made efforts to neutralize the poison by using palm oil in other to save her but it proved abortive.

Her corpse has been deposited at the morgue in Keffi while a relative posted on facebook that she would be buried on Saturday in Akwanga which is her country home.
