GOVERNOR ZULUM APPROVES EMPLOYMENT OF 52 MEDICAL STAFF IN GWOZA
The Governor of Borno State, Babagana Zulum has approved the immediate employment of 52 medical staff. Professor Abubakar Ali Kullima the Chief Medical Director made this known during a visit to the General Hospital in Gwoza. He said this is in Fulfilment of a promise he made towards addressing the shortage of medical personnel towards ensuring that the growing healthcare needs of the Gwoza people. The Governor had in the past paid a midnight visit to the hospital and met the facility in darkness and deteriorating conditions. He then directed the rehabilitation of the Hospital with commendations to the medical staff despite working in poor conditions.
