Today Wednesday 6 September 2023 the kogi State Election Petition Tribunal nullified the Victory of Senator Abubakar Ohere as the winner of the Kogi Central Senatorial election and declared Natasha Akpoti-Uduagan as the actual winner of the February Senatorial election in Kogi central. The Judgement in favour of Natasha said that Ohere results were inflated in 9 polling units of Ajaokuta LGA while Natasha was intentionally reduced in the same 9 polling units as well as 3 other polling units in the same LGA.

The Tribunal Chairman, Justice K. A Orjiako who read the unanimous judgement of the 3-man panel declared Natasha Akpoti-Uduagan of PDP as winner of the poll having pulled 54,074 against Ohere APC who polled 51,291.
