2,565 ZAMFARA UNIVERSITY STUDENTS DROP OUT OVER TUITION FEES HIKE

The president of Zamfar State Students Association of the Federal University Gusua ZAMSSA comrade Haliru Ibrahim has lamented that over 2,565 students cannot continue their studies due to the school fees hike. He disclosed this whie fielding questions from newsmen at the University in the state capital. He urged Governor Dauda Lawal and other stakeholders to make neccessary arrangements to assist indigenous students. He said the removal of fuel subsidy and current hardships play an impoetant role in students dropping out especially at the Federal University Gusau. He urged the students to get a part time job to support their education.
