Governor Sherrif Oborevwori of Delta state appointed 26 commissioners which includes some cabinet members of Ifeanyi Okowa and also the daughter of Emmanuel Uduaghan, a former governor of the state. Four of them had served in the immediate past Government they are Charles Aniagwu, Chief Tilije Fidelis Okenmor, Rose Ezenwu and kingsley Ashibuogwu.

Others nominees include Odingwe odige Daniel, Hon Joaan Onyemaechi Adanioma, Jerry Ehiwario, Micheal Ifeanyi, Anoka ,Hon Pat Ajudua. Also oncluded are Barrister Funyei manager, Angele Godknows, Perez Omoun, Isaac Tosan Wilkie, Oligida Samuel, Prof Tonukari Jonbull, Jamani Tommy Ejiro, Hon Onos Agofure, Olorogun Oyibode Vincent and Emmanuel Obiodeh.

Others are Etagherure Ejiro Terry, Agbateyimiro Isaac Wyemi, Sonny Akporokimo Ekedayen, Darlington Ijeh, Dr. Joseph OnoJaeme and Hon Izeze Rume Yakubu Reuben.
